Information Regarding the 2021 Season Passes
In order to protect our clients and team members as much as possible from the still-present covid-19 situation, we will be operating our business to respect the government-recommended guidelines and in the way that we believe will most effectively limit the traffic in our facilities and reduce the need for interactions and transactions between our team and clients. We will be strictly enforcing the safety measures explained hereunder as well as all government-recommended safety measures. If we judge that you are endangering our clients and team members by not following these rules, our security may be called to intervene. By entering the premises you assume all covid-19-related risks.
During these unprecedented times, season passes are required to use our facilities. The 2021 season passes and their prices are now updated on the website. They are non-negotiable and we ask that you respect our clients and team members by not entering the premises unless you have bought one of the available season passes, wish to purchase a season pass, or are a guest of a season passholder who has the right to bring guests.

List of measures taken in order to mitigate the risk of propagation of Covid-19
In general:
- The temperature of every team member is taken before their work day.
- Every team member must sign a log book to confirm they have no symptoms before their work day.
- The temperature of clients is taken when they enter the clubhouse
- Clients presenting symptoms of Covid-19 are not admitted on the site.
- Clients must sign a log book when they enter to help us track the virus.
- Clients must disinfect their hands regularly, many stations are available to this effect.
- A mask must be worn at all times when moving in the clubhouse.
- Team members must wear a mask at all times.
- Toilets for the clients and team members are separated.
- Toilets are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
- The entrance and front desk are sanitized regularly.
- We insure a good circulation of the air in the building daily.
- A team of professionals was hired to sanitize the entire building regularly.
In our simulator rooms:
- Maximum of 2 people per room.
- Maximum of 4 people per room if they are from the same residence (with proof of residency).
- The rooms are cleaned after every use: The screens, couches, tables and all the other surfaces touched are sanitized.
- The rooms are arranged to facilitate social distancing.
- The minimum distanciation of 2 meters is enforced.
- Stations to sanitize your hands are available at the entrance of each rooms.
